Andrew is the visionary behind Aspen, launching this new breed of talent acquisition advisory in June 2006. His diverse background in both the corporate and agency settings make him ideally suited to advise Aspen clients on all areas of their staffing and recruiting initiatives. Andrew's career prior to founding Aspen includes leadership positions at Honeywell, where he led staffing for a $4 billion specialty materials business unit; and Banister International, where he served as the head of research and as an executive recruiter in the general management and operations practice.

Over the course of her career, Jennifer has been engaged by a diverse range of clients - from emerging start-ups to global Fortune 100 corporations, including: Microsoft, GlaxoSmithKline, Amazon.com, Disney, Bearing Point, and others.

Though her career is “green”, Allyson brings experience as a marketing project manager to Aspen. She has handled many interactive accounts in the fast-paced world of advertising, where she also learned interactive marketing skills on top of management and creativity. She has successfully augmented and executed the marketing and communications tactics required for success.

Allyson joined the Aspen team in January 2010. Before coming to Aspen, Allyson was an Interactive Producer for Hirshorn Zuckerman Design Group, an interactive advertising agency outside of Washington, D.C. She was hired directly out of college as an assistant to her title, and was promoted the within 4 months of her time there. Allyson attended the Pennsylvania State University, and graduated with an emphasis in advertising and international studies.

Allyson works with our teams to design and execute communication plans, tools, and presentations – a critical part of enabling a service organization. With the assistance of the Advisors, she molds their intellectual property into clear communication and training for our clients.
