Started in June of 2005, Aspen was created to bridge several gaps that were developing in the marketplace

  • Recruiting and retention was become more complex as jobs started to decline, and availability of talent further declined
  • Business leaders and managers were becoming more self sufficient and invested more time in networking, recruiting, and building effective teams

Many of our clients have a talent acquisition team. Also known as recruiting or staffing, these groups work with management to find new employees either on demand, or in some cases, in a proactive fashion.
